Signed in Summer 2023, Michael Sweet arrvied from Shildon where he spent three seasons in which he netted 29 goals in 98 appearances. Prior to that he played at Gateshead, Darlington, Billingham Synthonia, Consett and Blyth Spartans.
It was at Consett where he enjoyed a particularly prolific spell with 128 goals in 173 games.
