 50/50 Matchday Draw Terms and Conditions

For information:  STFC is registered with Stockton on Tees Borough Council under the Gambling Act 2005 to operate Small Lottery Society (SBC 109605).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Only persons aged 16 years or over to purchase tickets in any draw operated by STFC.  In purchasing a ticket, agreement to participate in appropriate publicity is implied.
2. Tickets for each Draw, priced at £1 per ticket, can be purchased from sellers within the clubhouse and stadium during the one-hour period leading up to the kick-off of a STFC home game (cash only).
3. The time at which each draw takes place will normally be at half-time of a match taking place on the advertised date.
4. The prize amount for each Draw will be determined from a 50% share of the net sales for that Draw.  STFC shall retain the other 50% share of net sales to be donated to support STFC Development Fund.
5. Draws will normally be held at each STFC home game.  Draws will be made manually in the stadium using a conventional drum system.
6. Results will be posted on STFC social media platforms immediately following the Draw, listing winning number and prize details.
7. Winners in the stadium will be notified by a stadium announcement and on STFC board within the stadium.

Prize money will be available from the match day draw coordinator at the conclusion of the game or thereafter by mutual agreement, with email communication (info@stocktontownfc.com). Please note that prize money not claimed within 30 days of the Draw will be forfeit and will be paid to the beneficiary, STFC Development Fund, for the support of STFC.
