Visiting the MAP Group UK Stadium

All the information you will need when visiting Stockton Town Football Club’s MAP Group UK Stadium.

TRAVELLING & CAR PARKING

Stockton Town Football Club wishes to be a responsible community organisation and a good neighbour to all residents living locally. The Club would make the following appeal to anyone attending the MAP Group UK Stadium and would like to thank you all in advance for your cooperation.

PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE USE RESIDENTIAL STREETS TO PARK YOUR CAR.

There are a considerable number of car parking spaces at the club, but if possible either walk to the ground or use public transport.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON PAVED OR GRASSED AREAS AROUND THE CAR PARK AND CLUB, THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND A RSIK TO ALL ATTENDING THE GAME, PLEASE PARK RESPONSIBLY.

There is considerable car parking in “Stockton Town Centre” and you can walk to the ground in 20 minutes from there. If possible, please take this option.

SPECTATOR BEHAVIOUR

The passionate support of fans is a vital part of what makes football so special in this country. It is completely understandable that emotions run high.

However, we must remind supporters that in the interests of safety and wellbeing for everyone inside our stadium, the pitch is for “players”, “managers” and “officials”, while the stands are there for fans to support their team.

At the start of last season, new measures and stronger sanctions to tackle anti-social and criminal behaviours, such as entering the pitch and the use of pyrotechnics were introduced.

Our message is clear: fans must stay in the stands. Any individual caught with Pyrotechnics will be asked to leave and will be banned from attending the Ground in the future. Foul and abusive language or behaviour towards any individual, whether , player, official or fellow supporter will not be tolerated, you will be removed from the Ground and banned from attending the Ground in the future,

“PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE FIELD OF PLAY AT ANY TIME DURING OR AFTER THE GAME”

MAIN CLUBHOUSE (Outside Ground)

Situated at the back right hand side of the Car Park the Clubhouse is open to all supporters. Showing all “LIVE” football and serving a range of draft and bottled beers, lagers, wines and spirits.

Within the Clubhouse you will also find our on site Club Shop selling everything from Replica Shirts to Pin Badges.

TICKETS AND GROUND ENTRY

Advance tickets can be bought on-line through our website, alternatively card or cash on the gate. The Club will announce in advance of any all ticket or spectator segregated games.

RESERVED SEATING WITHIN THE STADIUM

The main seated Stand at the half way line has very limited seating available on a matchday. The reserved seating is clearly indicted by the Season Tickets holders name on the underside of the flip up seat. There are also seats reserved with a clear label displayed on the back of the seat indicating there use. Please be prepared to move if asked to do so if your sat in a reserved seat. Any spectator is free to use any unreserved seat.

Alternatively the smaller seated stand close to the turnstiles has very few reserved seats and these are free to use by any spectator.

FACILITIES WITHIN THE GROUND

Within the MAP Group UK Stadium you will find the following facilities;

  • Male, Female and Disabled Toilets
  • Cafe serving Hot Snacks, Hot and Cold Soft Drinks, Sweets and Savouries.
  • Can Bar serving cold alcoholic beverages.

DOGS AT THE MAP GROUP UK STADIUM

Dogs are allowed with the following conditions. They must remain on a lead at all times and all waste must be removed from the site at the end of the game and MUST NOT be left in our bins. Thanks in advance for your support on this matter. (The Club will review this on a game by games basis and for larger anticipated crowds will notify supporter’s of any change to the admittance of dogs.)

BIKES AND BALLS

No Bikes, Scooters or Balls will be allowed into the MAP Group UK Stadium.

We have had to impose this ban but with the very limited space available it is not the right environment for these items. All bikes and scooters and balls should be left at the main gate and collected as you leave. The Club takes no responsibility for any items left. Thanks in advance for your support on this matter.

“Stockton Town Football Club would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to welcoming you all to the ground. Up The Anchors.”
