Stockton Town Football Club have released the following statement on matchday procedure ahead of Saturday’s Play-Off Final against Long Eaton United.
Due to the incredible demand of our online tickets, which sold out yesterday, we have made some slight changes to the entry process on Saturday.
Season Card holders who DO NOT possess a pre-purchased ticket can enter through the turnstile from 1.30pm. Please have to hand your season card as well as your preferred payment type (cash or card).
Supporters, including Season Card holders, to have purchased an online ticket can enter from 1.45pm, in the same way as in the play-off semi-final. Please have your QR code ready to scan and make sure you have the correct ticket type (adult/concession/child).
At 1.45pm we will also allow supporters who haven’t purchased an online ticket to purchase entry at the turnstiles – We advise you arrive as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
It is important to note that supporters CAN pay at the gate on the day, tickets are priced as follows: £9 Adult, £7 Concession, £3 Under-16.
Due to crowd control and the safety of supporters, with high volumes of supporters expected, once you are in the stadium you won’t be able to leave or re-enter until half time.
In addition, the club have installed temporary portable toilets around the ground for ease of use.
