Callum Bone joins Stockton on short-term loan

Stockton Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Callum Bone on a short-term loan deal from Gateshead.

17-year-old Bone is primarily an attacking midfielder, who can also play out on the wing and will provide an important option for Michael Dunwell closing the busy August period and into four September games.

Callum signed his first professional contract with the Heed in summer 2025, and would’ve been coached by, and former teammate of, Anchors striker Frank Nouble.

After a short loan spell in the NPL with Morpeth Town last season, he played a big part in Gateshead’s pre-season preparations, finding the target twice against Blyth Spartans.

Since then, he’s made a substitute appearance for Lee Cattermole’s side against Eastleigh on opening day, as well as playing in the NL Cup competition against Nottingham Forest.

Callum is eligible to go straight into the match squad to face Guiseley this evening.

Welcome to the Anchors, Callum!
