The Anchors continue their Pre-Season preparations on Friday night with the short trip to face Billingham Town.

After losing at Newton Aycliffe in their Pre-Season opener, Stockton claimed their first victory of Pre-Season with a 2-0 win over Guisborough Town thanks to a rare brace from full-back Josh Baggs.

Stockton will be light in defence with Adam Nicholson, Tom Coulthard and Arjun Purewal absent.

THE OPPOSITION

Billingham Town currently compete in the Northern League Division Two and are managed by former Stockton Town defender Jamie Poole.

Town started out Pre-Season with a 3-1 win over Wynyard Village, were then beaten 3-0 by Whitby Town and won their last Pre-Season outing 3-1 against Boro Rangers.

In build-up to their big kick-off on July 26th, Billingham Town have strengthened with the return of striker Craig Hutchinson and midfielder Jack Connor. Former Anchors striker Gary Mitchell has also signed.

PRE-MATCH QUOTES
