Stockton Town develop partnership with Teesside Samaritans

Stockton Town have partnered up with Teesside Samaritans ahead of the upcoming season.

You may have noticed on a match-day at The Map Group Stadium, that Stockton Town FC are keen to promote their new partnership with Teesside Samaritans, who serve all five boroughs of Teesside, which includes Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Hartlepool, and Darlington.

“We are pleased to announce that the Samaritans key message is now proudly on display at The MAP Group Stadium, and we are immensely proud to support this amazing charity. We will be working in partnership with Teesside Samaritans throughout the season and beyond.”

As a club we want all our supporters to know they can contact the organisation if they need to talk. Neil Craig, director of the Outreach Teesside Samaritans, said: “We at Teesside Samaritans are delighted to be given the opportunity to be working alongside Stockton Town Football Club. We have been looking for a local community minded club where we can increase awareness about our services and feel Stockton Town FC is the ideal club for that in our area.”

Pitch perimeter boards, featuring the wording ‘We’re here to listen‘ and the charity’s telephone number, has been installed in front of the SUDS stand meaning it is in full view of our incredible matchday fans.

Should you ever need to contact them, or you would like to pass their details onto someone you think might need support, here are the important contact details that you will need:
