Remembrance ceremony to take place before Carlton Town game

Stockton Town will mark this year’s remembrance with a ceremony ahead of the Northern Premier League East Division game against Carlton Town on Saturday 5th November

Both teams will be involved in the ceremony in addition to representatives from the Royal British Legion (RBL), and the mascot for the day.

Those currently serving and veterans of the Armed Services will be admitted to this match for free. They are required to bring their I.D or Veterans card to allow for speedy passage.

The Royal British Legion (RBL) will be at the game with collection buckets providing spectators with an excellent opportunity to donate to a worthy cause.

Fans are encouraged to turn up to the game wearing a poppy to show support as Stockton Remembers those who have served for us.

It is also recommended that fans turn up earlier than a usual matchday in order to witness the ceremony.

If you have any questions, please contact info@stocktontownfc.com or message through our social media accounts.

Let’s make this a day to remember and show our support for our Armed Forces. Lest We Forget.
