Stockton Town were left to rue missed chances as Basford United struck late on to snatch a point.
Kev Hayes had given the Anchors the lead from the penalty spot in the first half.
After barely threatening the Stockton goal throughout the game, substitute Joe Uveges fired in a late equaliser for a bitterly disappointing conclusion.
Michael Dunwell named the same Starting XI as he did for last week’s win at Matlock Town. Captain Adam Nicholson made his return to the squad and took his place on the bench.
Strugglers Basford headed into the game with an almost entirely different Starting XI to the one that defeated Stockton 2-1 in Nottinghamshire back in November.
The game’s first chance came shortly after the quarter hour mark when Hayes was found through the middle but he was unable to direct his effort on target.
Hayes was again at the heart of the action as he was awarded a penalty which he stepped up and dispatched.
Hayes then was looking to add to his goal with another as he cut inside from the wing before he struck his effort at Saul Deeney in the Basford goal.
Half-Time: Stockton Town 1-0 Basford United.
Stockton remained in control throughout the match but it took till the final 20 minutes for them to create some genuine chances.
A weak Basford clearance found Cam Painter in the space at the edge of the penalty area but he saw his drive well blocked by a visiting defender.
King was then found through the middle but he could not find a way past Deeney who thwarted him.
Josh Scott then sent a half-volley blazed wide of the target.
Despite their missed chances it did appear as though the Anchors had done enough to edge out a crucial three points.
Unfortunately Stockton were dealt a blow when fine work between the Basford substitutes ended with Uveges firing home.
Basford had one final shot on goal to potentially win the game but Harker was equal to it.
