Over the last couple of seasons the Club and its Directors have been approached by numerous individual supporters or larger groups of our supporters enquiring how they can further support the Clubs and its continuing development.  These requests have come on a much more regular basis lately with the well-publicised difficulties encountered by an ever larger spread of Non League football clubs.

In response to the requests expressed by our supporters our committee resolved to explore avenues for greater supporter involvement to ensure the sustained prosperity of our club and we are delighted to announce the launch of our Ground and Facility Development Fund.

As many are aware, our club’s recent promotion necessitates several ground improvements to meet FA Ground Grading requirements by March 31, 2025. While a substantial portion of these enhancements qualifies for grant funding of up to 70%, there remains a funding gap necessitating the club to raise its own capital.

This summer, our agenda includes vital developments such as upgrading floodlights to LEDs, constructing a new covered standing stand to accommodate 120 individuals, installing an additional turnstile, enhancing general lighting with emergency lighting provisions, and implementing player safety enhancements within the changing room area. Furthermore, we have outlined future plans, contingent upon funding availability, encompassing the refurbishment of the main clubhouse kitchen, main clubhouse, acquisition of new furniture, and improvements in ground catering facilities.
Our primary objective is to secure £40,000 to facilitate the ongoing development of our already commendable facilities, ensuring our club remains a source of pride both on and off the field. All funds raised will be managed within restricted accounts, exclusively designated for the specified enhancements.
