Striker Jamie Owens hit 2 late goals to clinch the 3 points in the Teesside derby against Guisborough Town last night at Bishopton Road West. The Anchors created plenty of chances in another open exciting match played in front of 262 spectators but fell behind in the 70th minute to a HUGILL header. OWENS equalised straight from the kick off with a lovely curling shot from the edge of the box and then it was OWENS again who volleyed home from 12 yards in the 80th minute to seal a deserved victory.
