Stockton Town Football Club wishes to be at the heart of the local community, as a centre for opportunity and development for all who wish to be associated to it. It will strive to give opportunities for any member of the Community who wishes to be involved in any capacity whether it is by playing the game of Association Football, Coaching, Refereeing, Volunteering or Supporting. This needs to be achieved by being a good neighbour and a respected organisation within the local community.

Stockton Town Football Club wishes to value every individual and the contribution they can make in the progression of our Football Club. This will be achieved by delivering opportunity for involvement of any individual for the benefit of the individual and the Club.

Stockton Town Football Club wishes to be the leading Community based Football Club in the country by striving to give the greatest opportunities possible within Football to the youngsters who wish to be part of our Club. It wishes to teach the art of participation, individuality, community spirit and respect for others within an environment of achievement and progression. Stockton Town wants to provide the young within the Club opportunities to play Football at the highest achievable level to encourage all within the Club to strive for success. It wishes to engage the local community on all fronts including schools, the disadvantaged and underprivileged.

Stockton Town Football Club wishes to be represented in the National Pyramid System of Football within England. It wishes to be represented in the FA Youth Cup. It aims to progress so that entry to the FA Vase and FA Cup competitions is possible.
