Anchors cruise to 3 points

Washington was the location for the Anchors today and despite several changes they couldn’t match the Vase finalists. who ran out comfortable 3-0 winners in a less than inspiring contest. Fred Woodhouse who is in a rich vein of form opened the scoring just before half time and substitute Chris Stockton made it 2 half way through the second half with a screamer of a shot. After the dubious goals panel have sat, skipper Adam Nicholson has been given the 3rd goal (its still open to appeal though) 6 minutes from the end to complete a satisfactory afternoon in the sunshine for Michael Dunwells men.
